Create human resources with legal mind, business skills and international sense for the coming globalized business community.
A guest speaker appears in each session, who serves as an intermediary between Japan and another country. He or she provide his or her experiences which occur in the differences of culture, legal sustem and social system betweem the two countries.

「リーガルマインド」「ビジネスセンス」「国際的な素養」の三つを兼ね備えたグローバル化するビジネス社会に対応可能な人材を育成する。
Create human resources with legal mind, business skills and international sense for the coming globalized business community.
本講義は，「国際ビジネス法総合１Ａ・１Ｂ 」と対をなすものである。日本企業が海外でビジネス展開した際に生ずるトラブルの解決や，あるビジネスモデルの海外での実現のための契約スキーム構築といった業務を日夜行なっている実務家の方々を中心に，様々なゲストスピーカーに順に登壇してもらい，そうした問題が何故生じるのか，その背後にある各国の法制度の差異はどのようなものなのか，さらにその背後にある各国の文化や社会の差異はどのようなものなのか，実例を通じて，米国編，欧州編，アジア編の大きく三つに分けて，各人にわかりやすく解説してもらうことになる。
各授業の後半は，学生との間における質疑応答に充てられる。講義への積極的な参加が期待される。

予習としては、取り上げられる国やその法制度・文化などを事前に調べ、また、復習としては、その国でゲストスピーカーが直面した問題が何故生じたのか，その背後にある各国の法制度の差異はどのようなものなのか，さらにその背後にある各国の文化や社会の差異はどのようなものなのかにつき整理・考察することが望まれる。
