The aim of this course is for students to understand the basic principles, including international elements, of civil court procedures.
This course focuses on international civil litigation law, international insolvency law, and international arbitration law, with reference to recent court cases.

国際的な要素を含む民事裁判手続の基本原理を理解すること。

国際民事訴訟法、国際倒産法、国際仲裁法について、近時の裁判例を紹介しながら、講義をする。
This course focuses on international civil litigation law, international insolvency law, and international arbitration law, with reference to recent court cases.
