The goal of this course is for the students enrolled to take specific steps to find employment in the public sector.
The classes will consist of two parts. The first part involves the civil service system (sessions 2 through 7), and the second part will feature guest speakers (sessions 8 through 14). The first half of the class will cover the civil service system, which is a system that students have almost no contact with. The second half will convey the appeal of employment as a civil servant through presentations and Q&A sessions with guest speakers.

本授業のゴールは，受講生が公務部門への就職に向けた具体的な行動をとることである。

本授業は，公務員制度に関するパート（第2回～第7回）とゲストスピーカーをお迎えするパート（第8回～第14回）の二つのパートから構成される。授業の前半では，受講者の人生ではほとんど無縁であった公務員制度を取り上げる。授業の後半では，ゲストスピーカーとの質疑応答を通じて就職先としての公務員の魅力を伝えていきたい。

講義終了後，①授業で知ったことと②講義に触発されてとった具体的行動をそれぞれ200字以上でWordで作成の上，「Canvas LMS」を通じて提出すること（締切期限は講義翌週の月曜23時59分（受信時））。期限後のメールによる提出は他の学生にアンフェアになるので受け付けない。期限内のコメントペーパー提出をもって出席とする。
