The objective of this course is to establish a learning method and understand how to write legal documents as a basis for taking the Bar Examination in the future.This seminar is only for prospective legal professionals.
The classes will cover the general provisions in Part I of the Civil Code. This objective of this seminar in to deepen students’ knowledge of Civil Law by studying the judicial precedents listed in the Top One Hundred etc. and related case issues. Classes may be reported. The following themes are planned and are subject to change depending on student progress.

将来、司法試験を受験するための基礎として、学修方法を確立し、法律文書の書き方を理解すること。この演習は、法曹志望者のみを対象にしている。

学習内容として扱う分野は、民法総則とする。百選などに掲載されている判例を検討し、関連する事例問題（毎回数人の人に答案を書いてきてもらう予定）を考えることによって、民法の基礎知識を身につける。判例検討の方法は、判例報告の方法による。下記のテーマを予定しているが、受講者の学習進度によって変更することがある。
