This seminar can help students prepare for an in-depth study of each law by learning the essence of business law and understanding its contents.
In this seminar, we will study the basic regulations of business-related laws such as civil law and corporate law. In the seminar presentation, students read an introduction to business law attentively, write a report and give a presentation to other students.

ビジネス法のエッセンスを学び、その内容を理解しておくことで、各法律の本格的な学習に備える。
This seminar can help students prepare for an in-depth study of each law by learning the essence of business law and understanding its contents.
法は社会生活のあらゆる領域を規律していますが、とりわけ企業活動は法的規律なしには成立しえません。たとえ企業に所属せず、ビジネス活動を日常的に行うわけではない一般個人であるとしても、企業から商品を購買するなど、日常生活において企業を相手に契約を結ぶことは数多くあります。法的紛争の防止・解決のためにも、社会人にとって関連する法律知識を備えておく必要性は高いといえます。
本演習は、民法や会社法などのより専門的な法学科目への橋渡しの役割を演じるためのものであり、授業の中ではビジネスに関係する法律の基本的な規律内容について勉強していきます。具体的には、ビジネス法の入門書である中村信男ほか『ビジネス法入門』の各パートを適当に割り当てたうえ、担当者に該当部分を事前に精読してもらい、その内容を要約・報告してもらいます。
＊本演習では、報告レジュメの出来について教員が綿密に検討し、授業中に頻繁にコメントをします。他人からコメントや指摘を受けることに拒否感をもつ学生は、本演習への志望を再考してください。
