The fall semester will primarily use new constitutional precedents concerning human rights and government organizations and fundamental constitutional precedents as source material with the objective of engaging in a deep discussion about constitutional problems in recent years.
During the fall semester, each participant will be put in charge of one or more judicial precedents. Students will write a paper in advance which states an overview of the facts, the details of the decision, and research about the decision for the judicial precedent that they are in charge of. Students will present a report based on that paper in class and debate the issues in a question and answer format.

人権や統治機構に関する新しい憲法判例と基本的な憲法判例を素材として、近年の憲法問題について深く議論することを目標とする。
The fall semester will primarily use new constitutional precedents concerning human rights and government organizations and fundamental constitutional precedents as source material with the objective of engaging in a deep discussion about constitutional problems in recent years.
受講者に、それぞれ担当する判例を１つ以上割り当てる。担当者は、自分の担当判例について、事実の概要、判決内容、判決の研究を記したペーパーを予め作成する。授業では、そのペーパーに基づいて報告し、質疑応答するという形式で討論を行う。
