The objective of this course is to examine the development of various new businesses and the corresponding legal regulations in an era of globalization.
During the past ten years or so, globalization has made further advances in the global business scene.
In this seminar, participating students will be separated into several groups according to their areas of interest to investigate and research the details of such new businesses and the new legal regulations by extensively reading the literature and directly interviewing companies, business groups, and government agencies by group. In addition, students will use PowerPoint to present reports during seminar sessions attended by all students which will be followed by further debate and discussion among all of the students.
Furthermore, please not that the content of each group's report is scheduled to be published internally and externally through a website.

グローバル化時代の様々な新しいビジネスの展開とこれに対する法規制を考察する。
The objective of this course is to examine the development of various new businesses and the corresponding legal regulations in an era of globalization.
この10年ほど世界のビジネスシーンにおいてはますますグローバル化が進んでいます。
本演習においては，その関心領域に応じて参加学生を幾つかのグループに分けた上で，そのグループごとに，文献の渉猟，企業・業界団体・官庁に対する直接の取材等を通じて，そのような新しいビジネスの詳細や新たな法規制に関して調査・研究してもらいます。その上で，全員参加の演習の場においてパワーポイントを用いた報告をしてもらい，さらに，全員による討議・検討を経るという形をとることになります。
なお，各グループの報告の内容は，ウェブサイトを通じて内外に発信される予定です。
