Have you ever visited Minami Ikebukuro Park? In recent years, many urban parks were constructed through public-private partnerships. The goal of this seminar is to trace the evolution of urban park policies and identify the causes of the development of urban parks through public-private partnerships.
In spring semester, students will read introductory books on urban park management. In autumn semester, they will research local governments that constructed urban parks through public-private partnerships.

みなさんは南池袋公園を訪れたことがありますか？ 近年、公民連携による都市公園づくりが行われています。この演習の目標は、都市公園政策の変遷を辿り、公民連携による都市公園づくりが進展した要因を明らかにすることです。

春学期は都市公園管理の入門書を輪読します。秋学期には、班ごとに官民連携による都市公園づくりに取り組む地方自治体を調査します。
