Learning public international law through moot court competition.
Preparing Memorials and Oral Pleadings on behalf of the Applicant State and the Respondent States upon the in-dephth analysis and reserch of the topics delat with in the Compromis (hypothetical facts as agreed between disputing States).
If participants are less than 5, the course contents will be changed.

国際法模擬裁判へ参加し、原則及び規則の実践的な解釈適用を通じて、国際法の理解を深める。
Learning public international law through moot court competition.
7月に東京で開催される国際法模擬裁判Japan Cup（日本語）への参加を希望する学生を対象に、自主的に進める書面および弁論の準備作業に関する報告と準備内容の検討を行う。
なお、参加者が５名に満たない場合には、授業内容を変更することがある。

模擬裁判大会へ参加することを希望する学生による自主的な活動を前提とするため、演習時間外でのサブゼミによる調査・検討へできる限り参加すること。その他、チームとして参加するため、作業を進める上では他の参加者との連絡・協力を適切に行うことが求められる。

選考方法：レポート
①題目：本演習への参加を希望する理由・動機。

演習論文：実施しない。
＊大学時代に集中して特定の問題について調査し研究したという実感を得たい学生、また立教大学代表としての模擬裁判大会への参加に意欲的な学生を歓迎する。
