This seminar is intended for students who have acquired basic knowledge of the constitution in the College of Law and Politics. The objective is to bestow upon such students advanced knowledge in the fields of both human rights and government structure, allowing them to solve problems with the application of said knowledge and gain the ability to write persuasively.
This class is for second-year students. While this class is primarily aimed at aspiring legal professionals, students who want to learn to write legally persuasive documents, etc., are also welcome.
Learners are expected to prepare by analyzing precedents, answering questions from the textbook or casebook, and drafting notes. In some cases, it is required to submit essays, etc., in advance. Students will also give presentations on what information they have prepared, which will then be analyzed and discussed by all of the participants. Throughout this process, each member should work toward deepening their ability to apply their knowledge of human rights and government structure and their ability to write.

本演習は、法学部において憲法の基本的な知識を習得した学生を対象に、人権・統治両分野における発展的な知識を定着させ、またその知識を応用して問題を解決し、説得力ある文章を作成する能力を獲得することを目標とする。

この授業は2年次生を対象とする。主に法曹志望者を念頭に置いた授業を行うが、それに限らず、法的に説得力のある文章を書けるようになりたいという学生であれば歓迎する。
あらかじめ指定された教材に示された判例、あるいは設問等について、各自が分析し、解答し、そして文章を作成したうえで、授業に参加する。一部の回については、作成した文章を事前に提出することが求められる。また授業では、各自が予習してきた内容を発表し、授業参加者全員でこれを分析し、討論を行う。その過程において、各自の人権・統治に関する知識の応用力、そして文章作成能力を深めることとする。
