Acquire proficiency in civil procedure to pass the law school entrance examination or the bar examination preliminary examination.
Using the preliminary bar examination and the entrance exams of major law schools as materials, we will examine the issues of the Code of Civil Procedure.
I would like to make the class accessible to students who are thinking about going to law school or taking preliminary exams and who are not good at studying civil procedure.

法科大学院進学または司法試験予備試験のための民事訴訟法の実力をつける。
Acquire proficiency in civil procedure to pass the law school entrance examination or the bar examination preliminary examination.
司法試験予備試験（択一、論文）および主要法科大学院の入学試験を素材にして、民事訴訟法の問題を検討し、答案を書き、添削される。
法曹コース生に限らず、法科大学院進学または予備試験受験を考えている学生で，民訴法の勉強に苦手意識を持っている人も気軽に参加できる演習にしたい。
