This course provides students with opportunities to think about their own careers in uncertain times, and cultivates the ability to spend university life with purpose. In the lectures, students will use learning materials to deepen their career development and self-understanding, as well as participate in internships and reflect on their experiences in order to consider the connection between their Faculty of Law education and society. Consideration will be given so that students who wish to work in both the private and public sectors can do so.
In the Corona disaster, face-to-face interaction has decreased and online communication has increased.We will also consider what kind of communication is required in these times (post-Corona).
As a general rule, each student is expected to find an industry or company of his/her own interest and enter the internship through an open competition.

不確実な時代において、自らのキャリアを自分自身で考える機会を与え、大学生活を目的をもって過ごす力を養う。講義では学修教材を通して、自分のキャリア形成および自己理解を深めるとともに、法学部の学修と社会の繋がりを考えるために、インターンシップへの参加、その後の振り返りを行う。民間企業志望、公務員志望を問わず、両者に対応できるように配慮する。

〇 社会で生きていくうえで、他者とのかかわり合いは不可欠であること、コロナ禍において、対面での交流が減り、オンライン上でのコミュニケーションが増えたこと。これらの時代（ポスト コロナ）で求められるコミュニケーションとは何かについてもワークシートの作成などを通して考える。
〇 インターンシップは、各自、自分の興味・関心のある業界、企業などを探し出し、公募でエントリーすることを原則とする。

① 採用人数は、50名程度、配当学年は2年次、3年次。履修申込の際、提出するレポートにより選考する。
（１） 「キャリアデザイン－インターンシップを通じた学修(Internship Study) 」に参加を希望する理由
（２） 自己PR
（３） 将来の就きたい職業（公務員、民間企業、その他、未定）について、現時点での考えを、理由を付して述べよ。
字数：（１）（２）600字程度。（３）400字以上。Word形式とする。
やむを得ない理由で履修を辞退する場合は、履修要項を確認の上、必要な手続きを取ること。
【2023年3月22日追記】
本科目の申込要領では、（1）（2）400 字程度。（3）200 字以上と記載されているが、申込要領にある文字数で提出された場合も、シラバスの字数で提出された場合と同様に選考を行う（申込要領に記載されている文字数で提出した場合でも問題ない）。
② 講義期間は、通年を通して行う。講義の開催は、２単位のため、隔週開催を原則とするが、受講生の成果報告会（12月開催予定）、各自のふりかえりを伴う回、ゲストスピーカーによる講演会を実施する際は、昼休みの時間を用いたり、翌週の講義回ではない週も続けて開催するので覚悟して欲しい（事前に連絡をする）。
③ インターンシップへの参加も講義の内容となっているが、公募から漏れ、参加できなかったとしても、同様の効果を得る機会を設ける（本講座受講生向けのインターンシップ案内、各種対外的活動）ので安心して参加して欲しい。
具体的には、社会の現実の課題を解決する体験として、自治体あるいは、企業とのコラボにより実施するプログラムを複数設け、実施する（昨年度の実施例：アサヒビール(株)、SDGs研究所との連携による適正飲酒の普及活動など〈https://www.asahigroup-holdings.com/pressroom/2022/1020.html〉）。
2023年度は、上記プログラムの他、各種自治体、NPO法人などと共同で実施する地域活性化活動への参加機会を設ける予定（来年度の予定：豊島区トキワ荘協働プロジェクト協議会との共同事業、埼玉県志木市の多世代交流拠点の構築、その他【EX624】演習で実施するまちづくり活動）。
④ 人間関係づくりのコミュニケーションについても学び（自己理解、他者理解、相互理解など）、今後のキャリア形成について考える契機となるので、意欲のある人は、積極的に参加して欲しい。
⑤ 民間企業志望、公務員志望双方の学生についても公募型によるインターンシップに参加することを前提とする。本講座対象者向けに、民間企業からインターンシップ案内が来た際は、その都度、知らせる。
⑥ 講義では、適宜、社会人（インターンシップ学修会及び本ゼミ元受講生）と交流する場を設けることから、積極的に参加し、自己理解、自身のキャリア形成に役立ててほしい。
