We aim to help students set their own career goals through work experience in local government.
After learning about the purpose of internships, participation mindset, and manners in local government, students will participate in a 100-minute internship each week at Toshima Ward Office.

この授業の目標は、地方自治体での就業体験を通じて自らのキャリア目標を設定できるようになることです。
We aim to help students set their own career goals through work experience in local government.
地方自治体におけるインターンシップの目的、心構え及びビジネス・マナーを事前学習した上で、毎週１回（水曜：15:35～17:15）、豊島区役所（住所：豊島区南池袋2-45-1）に派遣します。派遣先では実際の業務補助に携わります。

本科目履修にあたってはレポート及び面接によって受講者を決定します。
【レポートのテーマ】：「自治体長期インターンシップを履修する目的について」（word/1,000 字程度）
【提出期間】：法学部掲示板、シラバス・時間割検索システムのトップページ、R Guide（3/20以降）に掲載されている申込要領を確認してください。
【提出先】：Blackboardを通じて提出してください。
【レポート合格者の発表】： R Guideで発表します。レポート合格者に対して教員による面接を行います。
本科目は、インターンシップや学外活動等の実践的な学びを中心に構成する授業である。
