We will study the basic theory of comparative law. We will read New Directions of Contemporary American Comparative Law and some articles on the method of comparative law.

比較法の基礎理論を学ぶ。比較法の方法を中心に『現代アメリカ比較法学の行方』および若干の日本語論文を精読する。
We will study the basic theory of comparative law. We will read New Directions of Contemporary American Comparative Law and some articles on the method of comparative law.
私の著書『現代アメリカ比較法学の行方』を精読し、その内容について参加者に報告・議論してもらう。比較法の方法についても詳しい論文を読む。
