【Course Objectives】

1. Students will be able to analyze tourism in New York City from a historiographical perspective.
2. Learning from recent historical studies of New York City, students can propose new tourism courses.
3. Students will be able to evaluate proposed courses from historiographical perspectives.

【Course Contents】

Driven by methods and information from historical studies, this course requires students to propose alternative sightseeing plans for New York City. Students will learn critical histories of the city, present sightseeing courses, and engage in in-class discussions about their plans.
