Students will learn about the careers of Rikkyo University alumni presidents in order to become "liberal arts people who stand for expertise," as stated in Rikkyo University's curricular organization policy.
Through listening to the career of the president of Rikkyo University alumnus, each student will have the opportunity to think specifically about their own career development and re-acknowledge the way that they learn and spend time at university.
As an active president, we will invite the president of Rikkyo University alumnus, who is currently involved in company management to speak about various issues such as how he spent his university days, how he started his company, the difficulties of company management, what kind of human resources are needed for the future society, and how should students learn during their college years, and to communicate his frank ideas to students as a senior at Rikkyo University. In addition, rather than one-sided lectures, we will develop the classes in an interactive format so that students can actively discuss and exchange ideas with the president.

現役の社長として，現在，会社経営のかじ取りをしている立教大学OBOG社長をお招きする。大学時代をどう過ごしたか，起業した経緯や会社経営の難しさ，どのような人材がこれからの社会には必要か，大学時代に何をどのように学ぶべきか，などの様々な論点について，立教大学の先輩として後輩の学生たちに率直な考えを伝えてもらう。学生と社長との討論や意見交換を積極的に行えるよう，インタラクティブな形式で授業を進める。受講生それぞれがキャリアとリーダーシップを考える講義である。
