Students will learn the basics of chemistry and understand various materials and phenomena from the chemical point of view.
How did we arrive at our modern understanding of chemistry? In this course, students will more deeply understand the basics of chemistry by following chemical history and past processes to continue to modern chemistry. We will also think about what we can consider from various phenomena generated in the processes and problems that have arisen in the present age.

様々な物質や現象を化学的観点から理解する際の拠り所となる化学の基本的な内容の理解を目標とする。
Students will learn the basics of chemistry and understand various materials and phenomena from the chemical point of view.
我々はどのようにして現代化学の理解に到達したのか。現代化学へと続く化学の歴史や過去の経緯を辿ることによって現代化学の内容をより深く理解する。また、その過程で発生した様々な事象から我々は何を読み取ることができるかを考え、現代につながる課題を考察する。
