【Course Objectives】

Students obtain basic knowledge on the role of Christianity in the World History and consider the historical perspectives behind the description of Christianity in a textbook of World History for high school students in Japan.

【Course Contents】

This course will, through the lecture, explore the description of Christianity in a textbook of World History for high school students in chronological order and learn the role of Christianity in the World History and the way the textbook describes the Christianity. Students will reflect on the historical perspectives behind the description through their discussions.
