In this course, students will acquire basic knowledge of the mechanisms of physical movement in sports and daily life through biomechanics.
This course will cover the basics of the mechanics for the biomechanical interpretation of body movements and biomechanics in all types of sports actions. Writing materials are distributed in class and problems (including calculations) are tackled. In addition, students watch videos suited to particular topics to deepen their understanding.

スポーツや日常生活における身体動作の仕組みをバイオメカニクス（生体力学）的に理解するための基礎知識を身に付ける。
In this course, students will acquire basic knowledge of the mechanisms of physical movement in sports and daily life through biomechanics.
身体動作をバイオメカニクス的に解釈するために必要な力学の基礎、および各スポーツ動作おけるバイオメカニクスについて講義する。授業では書き込み式の資料を配布し、計算を含んだ問題にも取り組む。また、テーマに合わせた映像を視聴して理解を深める。
