In this course, students will understand and practice the basic concepts and methods of recreational sports and how to play them; students will also comprehensively and practically study the cultural significance of enjoying lifelong sports.
In this course, students will learn about and practice various recreational sports for socializing as well as studying various arrangement methods. This course will also focus on studying recreational sports' cultural significance, the meaning of physical communication, and the meaning of recreational sports as a lifelong hobby.

本授業では、レクリエーショナルスポーツの基本的な考え方と方法、アレンジ方法を理解・実践し、生涯スポーツとして楽しむことの文化的意義など総合的、実践的に考究する。
In this course, students will understand and practice the basic concepts and methods of recreational sports and how to play them; students will also comprehensively and practically study the cultural significance of enjoying lifelong sports.
本授業では、社交を目的としたさまざまなレクリエーショナルスポーツの方法を学び、実践するとともにアレンジ方法を考究する。またレクリエーショナルスポーツの生涯スポーツとしての意味や文化的意義、身体的コミュニケーションの意味を考究する。

遅刻は厳禁、積極的な参画を期待しています。
１．担当教員より特別の指示のない限り，更衣はポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター（池袋キャンパス）/ 新座体育館（新座キャンパス）の更衣室で行うこと。なお，第1回目の授業より実習が始まるので，運動ができる服装・靴を準備し，授業に出席すること。屋内施設で行う授業は専用シューズを用意すること。
２．天候等により通常の実施場所とは異なる場合があるため，屋内・屋外科目に関わらず，授業前にポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター入口（池袋キャンパス）/体育館入口（新座キャンパス）の掲示板で実施場所を確認すること。
３．当年度の4月に行われる定期健康診断を必ず受診しておくこと。
※健康診断を受診すると，保健室にて通学定期乗車券発行控に「済」印（健康診断が受診済みであることを証明する印）が押されるため，それを初回授業時に提示すること。
※定期健康診断を未受診の場合は，授業参加に支障をきたすため，早急に保健室の「追加の健康診断について」のページを確認して対応すること。
４．感染対策には最大限配慮を行うが，完全に防ぐことはできないので，よく考えて受講すること。
