Student will learn the basic techniques and rules of football, and deepen their understanding of individual, group and team tactics. Further, students will improve their communication skills through playing football.
The class will be conducted from warm-up, theme training and game in order. Students will learn not only the basic technique, but also the tactics of individual, group and team. In addition, the students will make an effort to do training and cooperate with their classmates. Women and beginners are welcome to participate in this course.

サッカーの基礎技術，ルールを習得するとともに，個人戦術・グループ戦術・チーム戦術に対する理解を深める．
また，サッカーを通じてコミュニケーション能力を高める．
Student will learn the basic techniques and rules of football, and deepen their understanding of individual, group and team tactics. Further, students will improve their communication skills through playing football.
授業はウォーミングアップ→テーマトレーニング→ゲームという流れで実施し，基本的な技術だけでなく，個人，グループ，チーム戦術に関する取り組みも行う．
授業に対しては，積極的に取り組み，仲間と協力しながら参加することを求める．
また，女子や初心者の履修を歓迎する．

履修人数・レベルによってシラバスの内容を適宜変更する．
１．担当教員より特別の指示のない限り，更衣はポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター（池袋キャンパス）/ 新座体育館（新座キャンパス）の更衣室で行うこと。なお，第1回目の授業より実習が始まるので，運動ができる服装・靴を準備し，授業に出席すること。屋内施設で行う授業は専用シューズを用意すること。
２．天候等により通常の実施場所とは異なる場合があるため，屋内・屋外科目に関わらず，授業前にポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター入口（池袋キャンパス）/体育館入口（新座キャンパス）の掲示板で実施場所を確認すること。
３．当年度の4月に行われる定期健康診断を必ず受診しておくこと。
※健康診断を受診すると，保健室にて通学定期乗車券発行控に「済」印（健康診断が受診済みであることを証明する印）が押されるため，それを初回授業時に提示すること。
※定期健康診断を未受診の場合は，授業参加に支障をきたすため，早急に保健室の「追加の健康診断について」のページを確認して対応すること。
４．感染対策には最大限配慮を行うが，完全に防ぐことはできないので，よく考えて受講すること。
