This course aims to teach students to understand the rules of soccer and futsal, and learn the sport's fundamental techniques and tactics. Students will also improve physical fitness and health by practicing physical training.
This course is especially designed for beginners, and practice events are conducted according to the theme of each class to help students acquire the basic skills and tactics of soccer and futsal. In the second half of the class, students play a game to test the skills they learn. After dividing into teams, each team considers and implements ways to improve individual and team performance. In each class, students also perform physical training such as core training. Beginners and women are welcome to take the course.

本授業ではサッカーとフットサルのルールを理解し、基礎的な技術・戦術を習得することを目標とする。また、身体トレーニングの実践を通して体力向上や健康増進を図る。
This course aims to teach students to understand the rules of soccer and futsal, and learn the sport's fundamental techniques and tactics. Students will also improve physical fitness and health by practicing physical training.
本授業は初心者を対象とし、サッカーとフットサルの基礎技術・戦術を身につけるために授業ごとのテーマに沿った練習を行う。授業後半にはゲームを行い、習得した技術を試す。チーム分けをして、チームごとに個人・チームのパフォーマンスを向上させる方法を考え、実践する。授業では、体幹トレーニングなどの身体トレーニングも行う。初心者や女子の履修を歓迎する（熟練者にとっては物足りない内容だと思われる）。

１．担当教員より特別の指示のない限り，更衣はポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター（池袋キャンパス）/ 新座体育館（新座キャンパス）の更衣室で行うこと。なお，第1回目の授業より実習が始まるので，運動ができる服装・靴を準備し，授業に出席すること。屋内施設で行う授業は専用シューズを用意すること。
２．天候等により通常の実施場所とは異なる場合があるため，屋内・屋外科目に関わらず，授業前にポール・ラッシュ・アスレチックセンター入口（池袋キャンパス）/体育館入口（新座キャンパス）の掲示板で実施場所を確認すること。
３．当年度の4月に行われる定期健康診断を必ず受診しておくこと。
※健康診断を受診すると，保健室にて通学定期乗車券発行控に「済」印（健康診断が受診済みであることを証明する印）が押されるため，それを初回授業時に提示すること。
※定期健康診断を未受診の場合は，授業参加に支障をきたすため，早急に保健室の「追加の健康診断について」のページを確認して対応すること。
４．感染対策には最大限配慮を行うが，完全に防ぐことはできないので，よく考えて受講すること。
