The goal of this class is to provide students with an insight into the various cuisines of the Spanish-speaking world, while progressing their Spanish language skills at the level of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) A2.
Students will be able to know the diverse cuisines of the vast Spanish-speaking world, utilizing their Spanish skills that they learned in the first-year. They will read one or two recipes per class. Students will not only hone their reading skills and expand vocabulary in Spanish but also improve their listening comprehension. Students will also develop the ability to write and do presentation in Spanish.

この授業は，ヨーロッパ言語共通参照枠（CEFR）A2程度のスペイン語力を豊かに養いつつ，スペイン語圏のさまざまな料理の見識を深めることを目標とします。

広大なスペイン語圏の多様な料理について知見を広めていきます。1年次の必修科目で学んだスペイン語を活かし，1回の授業で1〜2種類のレシピを読み進めます。スペイン語の読解力・語彙力に加え，聴解力も伸ばしていきます。また，スペイン語で平易な文を書き文章を書く力，ならびに発表を通してプレゼンする力も培うことを目指します。
