Students will gain an understanding of the employment examinations conducted in Japan while learning about the Japanese-related items that appear in said examinations (honorifics, four-character idioms, idiomatic expressions, etc.). They will also increase their knowledge of Japanese language, culture, and society by touching on various issues.
Students will gain an understanding of the intricacies of employment examinations in Japan while also gaining the skills to handle them by receiving explanations and answering numerous exam questions in the fields of language and common knowledge for employment examinations.
To learn as many employment exam questions as possible, each class will have students tackle a number of questions. To promote efficient use of class time, exam questions will also be given as homework, allowing more time to be spent on explanations and answering questions. Though explanations are given for individual exam questions, it is necessary for students to actively work on a number of questions and “get to know” the employment examination.

就職試験で出題される日本語関連項目（敬語や四字熟語，慣用表現等）について学びながら，日本で行われる就職試験を理解する。また数多くの問題に触れることによって日本語や日本文化・社会についての知識を増やす。

就職試験の国語分野，常識分野の試験問題を数多く解き，それについての説明を受けることで，日本の就職試験の傾向を知ると同時に，対応スキルを身につける。
就職試験問題を数多く知るために，毎回，たくさんの問題に取り組む。効率的に授業をすすめるために，宿題としても試験問題を課し，授業中は解説や質問対応などにより多く時間を割く。個々の試験問題についての解説なども行うが，主として参加者が積極的に与えられた問題に数多く取り組み，それを通して就職試験について「知ろう」とする姿勢が必要である。
