Students will gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics of Japanese discourse and acquire the verbal skills, such as honorifics and attitudinal expressions, necessary to work at a Japanese company.
Students will develop the syntax and discourse-level verbal skills required in business situations, such as honorifics and attitudinal expressions, learning about and practicing them through actual scenes including answering the telephone, taking requests, etc.

日本語の談話の特徴について理解を深めるとともに，敬語や待遇表現など，日本企業で働く際に必要となる口頭運用力を身につける。

ビジネス場面で必要とされる構文または談話レベルの口頭運用力―敬語や待遇表現―について，電話応対，依頼など実際の場面を設定して実践的に学び，それが使えるように練習する。
