【授業の目標 / Course Objectives】

4日間の集中講義で行う、本授業の目的は、「自分の本音や好奇心を大切に、一人ひとり異なる人生をつくる力として、リーダーシップを人生を通して実践できるようになること」です。そのための目標として、GLPやBLPを通じて磨いたリーダーシップを、「自分は何のために発揮するのか、何に発揮したいかを自ら感じ、考え、人生の中で実践していくきっかけを得ること」を目指します。それは、何歳になっても、自分の心が動くキャリアを開拓する、「キャリア・リーダーシップ」です。

「好きなことを仕事にしたい、幸せな人生をおくりたい、でも、私にできるのか分からない、何から始めて良いかわからない。」そのような誰もがぶつかる声や、ぶつかる壁があります。そのキャリアにおける、もやもや感や葛藤を抱き抱えながらも、自分の心が動くキャリアをつくるために、自分らしいリーダーシップを発揮することを学びます。

自分の心が動くキャリアをつくる秘訣の一つは、「他者や社会に、自ら新たな価値を生み出すこと」です。それは、他のGLP授業で学んできた自分らしいリーダーシップを、それぞれの人生・ライフキャリアで、誰かのために活かすことであり、新たな答えや提案を必要とする世界にとっての新たな価値でもあります。そこで、キャリア・リーダーシップでは、「自分発」で、社会・他者・自分に新たな価値を創る実践をしながら、それぞれの人生におけるリーダーシップを磨きます。

The purpose of this four-day intensive class is to enable students to practice leadership throughout their lives as a power to create your life-career, valuing their genuine motive and curiosity. The goal of the class is to provide students with new opportunity to demonstrate the individual leadership skills they developed through GLP/BLP for ideal life-career creation. It is "career leadership," the development of a career that moves your heart, no matter how old you are and what roles you take.

When it comes to career development, there are obstacles and hurdles that everyone encounters. In its reality, we hear such voice that “I want to do what I love as my job, and I want to live a happy life, but I don't know if I can do it, and I don't know where to start. “ While keep holding such frustrations and conflicts inside of ourselves, we can find new ways to create ideal career by demonstrating our own unique leadership.

One of the secrets to create a career that moves your heart is to "create new value for others and society from you”. This means taking the leadership skills you have learned in other GLP classes and applying them to new value of others in your own life-career. It will be new value even for a world because it is craving for new answers and suggestions in many adaptive problems. Therefore, in Career Leadership, we will practice our leadership skills in our respective lives while practicing "self-initiated" creation of new value for society, others, and ourselves.

【授業の内容 / Course Contents】

本授業は、誰かから与えられたテーマではなく、それぞれの好奇心や着眼点に気づき、自らの人生で取り組む熱意の湧くテーマを探求することから始めます。4日間の授業とその前後の課題を通して、全員がテーマを考え、日常で実践しながら、自分の心が動く方向や、自分自身について探求していきます。その際、自分のことだけを考えるだけでなく、変化する世界や社会を見渡し、自分自身が何ができるのか、何をしたいのかを問いかけます。

その実践と学習を一人で行うのではなく、小グループを組み、それぞれのキャリアについて、受講生同士で迷ったり、考えたりすることを楽しみながら、相互に支援をしながら進めていきます。GLPやBLPで学んできた、他者のリーダーシップを開発する相互支援、そして、承認・傾聴・質問を始めとした、リーダーシップ・コミュニケーションを発揮する機会があります。

また、それぞれの人生でリーダーシップ実践が継続できるよう、変化の激しい世界で生きる中で、どのようにリーダーシップを実践するかについての考え方や秘訣についても学びます。その過程で、これまで磨いてきた自分らしいリーダーシップを、実社会で実践するきっかけをつかみます。

*本授業はアクションラーニングとしての学習となりますが、特定の企業から掲出されるテーマに取り組む学習(PBL)ではありません。
*GL101,GL111,BL0を修了した方で、リーダーシップをさらに開発したい方、人生にリーダーシップを活かしたい方、どの学部の方も大歓迎です。
*本内容と授業計画について、リーダーシップ実践の進捗状況次第で、内容や順序が変更になる可能性があります。
*受講者のニーズや学習状況に応じて、実際にグローバルに活躍するリーダーを招聘することもあります。

In this class, we will begin by exploring an own motivated theme that is not given to us by someone else, but rather a theme that we find from our own curiosity and perspectives. Through the four days and the assignments, everyone will think of a theme and start taking actions for it in university lives. By doing so, we will realize what we can crate for someone and it will help you refining what direction you want to go even after the graduation.

In this course, you will learn with peers, and support each other to be able to show the individual leadership and to understand the self deeper. Everyone will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership leaned through GLP and BLP such as leadership communication, leadership through inquiry, leadership to develop others, and so on.

You will also learn ideas and tips on how to practice leadership even in a rapidly changing world so that you can continue to practice leadership in your own life in reality. In the process, we hope you will grasp the opportunity to practice own unique leadership that they have refined so far in the real world.

*This class is an action learning course, but it is not a project-based learning course to work with a specific company or organization.
*If you have completed GL101, GL111, or BL0 and want to apply leadership to your life, the students from any department are welcome.
*The contents and sequence of this course are subject to change depending on the progress of the leadership practice.
*External guests may be invited depending on the needs and learning status of the participants.

【授業時間外（予習・復習等）の学習 / Study Required Outside of Class】

・講義での気づきや学びを、自身の生活の中で実践する課題を行うことで、授業内容を実践できる力を身につけます。
・授業後、リーダーシップ実践課題と、振り返り課題があります。（目安：実践・内省・振り返りにかかる時間はそれぞれ異なるため、各4回授業の後、自分自身で取り組む時間を決める）
・小グループを組み、他者のリーダーシップ開発と実践を相互に支援していきます。（目安：各4回授業の後に数回のグループワーク）
・14セッションを4日間の集中講座で行います。日程は、4/29 (土) 3～5限、6/3 (土) 3～5限、8/1 (火)1～5限、8/4 (金) 1～5限を予定しています。

立教大学におけるリーダーシップ開発としては、GL302(日本語科目)に相当する授業で、実践科目の位置付けとなります。こちらの授業履修に合わせて、他のGLP授業を通して、リーダーシップ開発を進めることができます。https://ghrd.rikkyo.ac.jp/program/GLP.aspx
　
また本授業は定員を超えることが多く、その際は選考があります。仮に履修できない場合でも、翌年度の履修再応募が可能です。

本科目は、担当教員の実務経験や専門性(リーダーシップ開発・キャリア開発・新価値創造マーケティング・人財ブランディング)を活かした授業です。
本科目はGL101/111,BL0の単位修得者を対象とする。
