Through gaining practical working experience at global corporations and organizations based outside of Japan, students will become familiar with corporations, understand their structures, and enhance their abilities as global human resources.
Students are required to participate in all of the following training components;
Pre-assignment preparation: basic understanding on their host companies, relevant industries, and manner.
Internship: Work experience at host companies (2 to 3 months, about 30 hours in total), timely submission of monthly reports
Post-assignment training: reflection, report writing, participation in reporting session

国内で、国外に拠点のある企業等で海外インターンシップに準ずる業務経験を行うことで、グローバルに活躍する企業の業務の仕組みを理解し、グローバル社会で活躍するための能力を高めることを目指す。
Through gaining practical working experience at global corporations and organizations based outside of Japan, students will become familiar with corporations, understand their structures, and enhance their abilities as global human resources.
事前準備：派遣先企業に関する基本的理解、関連業界・企業調査、マナーについての講義・実習等
実習：派遣先企業における就業体験（2～3か月、計30時間程度）、月次報告書作成・提出
事後研修：振り返り、最終報告書作成・提出、報告会参加
本インターンシップは参加学生の居住地から海外に拠点のある企業等においてオンラインで実施をする。

本科目は、インターンシップや学外活動等の実践的な学びを中心に構成する授業である。
