In this course, you will deepen your understanding of cities, understand and evaluate tourism in large cities, and investigate the importance of tourism in urban rebuilding and redevelopment.
Tourism is an extremely important export for large cities, and many of the businesses involved are permanent. Large cities are acknowledged to be the most important locations for tourism, and the tourism industry already plays an important role in many cities. Recently, not only capital and historical cities, but industrial and other large cities have acknowledged the importance of tourism. A reaction paper will be assigned for every class.

本科目は都市への理解を深めた上で，大都市における観光について解釈かつ評価を行い，都市再建と再開発における観光の重要性を検討する。

観光は都市にとって極めて重要な輸出産業であり，その多くの業務は恒久的である。大都市は最も重要な観光地として認識され，観光産業も既に多くの都市で重要な役割を果たしている。首都や歴史都市のみならず，産業都市などの大都市でもつい最近になって観光の重要性が認知されている。毎回，リアクションペーパーを課す。
