This course aims for students to learn how to examine corporate financial statements and to acquire basic knowledge on management theory by attempting to analyze companies from diverse managerial/financial-related perspectives, thereby improving their ability to analyze actual companies.
This course covers ways to examine corporate financial statements, management theory, and analysis methods, among other topics. Case examples of companies, news reports, and various other relevant topics are discussed. The latter half of the course covers relatively recent topics related to management and finance, such as consolidated financial management,, corporate social responsibility (CSR), risk management, and corporate governance.

本授業は、経営財務に関する多様な視点から企業分析を試みることにより、企業の財務諸表の見方や経営理論の基礎知識を習得し、実際の企業の分析力を高めることを目標とする。
This course aims for students to learn how to examine corporate financial statements and to acquire basic knowledge on management theory by attempting to analyze companies from diverse managerial/financial-related perspectives, thereby improving their ability to analyze actual companies.
授業では、企業の財務諸表の見方、経営理論、分析手法などについて解説する。
その際、実際の具体企業事例、ニュース、話題を取り上げながら進めていく。
後半では、連結財務管理、CSR、リスクマネジメント、コーポレートガバナンスなど、経営財務に関する比較的新しいトピックについても解説していく。
