●This course is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in hotel management, and focuses on hotel management issues in Japan, and management methods adopted by international hotel operators, through reading articles and disclosure documents regarding Japanese blue-chip lodging companies, especially Hoshino Resorts.
●Participants are expected to touch on frameworks used in a MBA course and to acquire viewpoints of a manager, rather than just a rank-and-file.
●This course consists of lectures, group works, presentations, and guest speaker sessions with Q&A dialogue to learn real business issues of lodging business.

●ホテル経営に興味を持つ学部生を対象とし、主に星野リゾートに関する記事・開示資料の読解を通じて、日本における宿泊施設経営課題ならびに欧米流の経営手法を学ぶ
●学部生のうちからMBA的フレームワークに触れることで、単に業務をこなすだけではない、経営学視点を身に付ける
