1.This course is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in hotel management, and focuses on hotel management environment in Japan, management issues, and management methods adopted by international hotel operators.
2.Participants are expected to touch on frameworks used in a MBA course and to acquire viewpoints of a manager, rather than just a rank-and-file.
This course consists of lectures, group works, presentations, and guest speaker invitation with Q&A session to learn real business issues of lodging business.

1.ホテル経営に興味を持つ学部生を対象として、日本におけるホテル経営環境、経営課題、欧米流の経営手法を学ぶ
2.学部生のうちからMBA的フレームワークに触れることで、単に業務をこなすだけではない、経営学視点を身に付ける
