With the development of human resources active in the tourism and related business fields in mind, after their university training, students will perform practical work experience in companies, in order to deepen their understanding of the real world and their careers.
During the spring semester, we will learn directly from company staff as guest lecturers, from the company's history to the current situation, as well as the contents and significance of practical training, so students can understand a broad selection of training opportunities. In the fall semester when the training is finished, we will collect the results in a presentation and report, with the aim of gaining knowledge and experience.

観光産業及び関連事業分野で活躍する人材の育成を念頭に、学内での事前研修の後、企業での実務研修を行い、受講者の実社会への理解とキャリアに関する意識を深めることを目標とする。

春学期は学内事前研修として実習の内容･意義のみならず会社の歴史から現状までを企業派遣講師より直接学び、幅広い理解の下で実習志望先を決定する｡実習を終えた秋学期においては報告会での発表やレポート作成を通じて本課程の成果を整理し、知識・経験の定着を図る。
