We will mainly consider the issues and future prospects of the tourism industry from the business perspective, while understanding the tourism industry as a single system.
Using business management as a theoretical framework, we will analyze the characteristics of the tourism and hospitality industries. In addition, we will investigate the necessity and issues of innovation in the tourism and hospitality fields. Specifically, students will propose a new business through creation of a business plan, and will present the business plan they create at a report conference including members from outside of the university.

観光産業を主として「ビジネス」の視点から捉えた場合の課題と将来性について考察するとともに，観光産業をひとつのシステムとして理解する。
We will mainly consider the issues and future prospects of the tourism industry from the business perspective, while understanding the tourism industry as a single system.
経営学を理論的枠組みとしながら，観光・ホスピタリティ産業の特徴を分析する。そのうえで，観光・ホスピタリティ分野におけるイノベーションの必要性と課題について検討する。具体的には新規のビジネスを「ビジネスプラン」として提案し、作成したビジネスプランは，学外を含む報告会等で発表を行なう。
