Introductory lectures on the fundamentals and issues of contemporary cultural-anthropology.
Culture is both a guide to how we should live our days, but also a possibility of how we can live. In this class, we think about the way people live together with culture, focusing not only on the aspects of people who seem to be embedded and living in culture, but also on the aspects of consciously selecting, manipulating, and expressing culture.

Introductory lectures on the fundamentals and issues of contemporary cultural-anthropology.
文化とは，私たちが日々をどのように生きるべきかに関わる指針でもありますが，私たちがどのように生きることができるのかに関わる可能性でもあります。この授業では，人々が文化に埋め込まれて生きているように見える側面ばかりではなくて，文化を意識的に選んだり操作したり表現したりする側面にも注目しながら，文化と共に生きる姿について考えたいと思います。
