Learning about study areas of associated fields like clinical psychology (mainly behavioral theory, cognitive behavioral theory) or health psychology, as well as narrowing it to personal topics of interest.
Students learn about clinical psychology (mainly analog studies about behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy), health psychology through research papers and literature in Japanese, study research problems, fundamental theories, practical methods and research methods of clinical and health psychology. All students read related literature, and present a summary. Based on the contents of the summary, they promote their understanding of it through discussion.

臨床心理学（おもに，行動理論，認知行動理論）や健康心理学などの関連領域の研究内容を知り，自分の興味やテーマを絞っていく。
Learning about study areas of associated fields like clinical psychology (mainly behavioral theory, cognitive behavioral theory) or health psychology, as well as narrowing it to personal topics of interest.
臨床心理学（おもに行動療法，認知行動療法に関するアナログ研究），健康心理学の領域における日本語の研究論文・文献を講読し，臨床心理学や健康心理学における研究課題，基礎理論，実践方法，および研究手法を学修する。各自文献を読み，レジュメにまとめて発表する。発表内容について，ディスカッションを通して，理解を深める。

先行研究の講読や発表にあたっては，講義外の時間に，関連論文の講読，レジュメの作成などを行う必要があります。講義外の時間に，関連文献の講読，計画の立案，計画書の執筆などを行うことが「予習」として必要です。さらに実験調査の結果を適切に理解するためには，これまでに学習してきた心理学研究法や心理統計の知識を「復習」することも必要です。
