【Course Objectives】

The objective of this course is to learn the basics of statistical analysis methods used in psychological research, as well as the basics of statistical modeling and multivariate data analysis, and to acquire techniques for analyzing data on one’s own.

【Course Contents】

This course covers the basic statistical modeling and analysis methods used in psychological research by reviewing relevant procedures and examples from existing research; we will mainly focus on major multivariate models and analytical methods. Students will learn to analyze data independently by gaining sufficient knowledge and skills necessary to find adequate analytical methods according to the purpose of their research and nature of their data.
