Based on the studies in "Career and Psychology" and "Understanding Self and Others and Psychology," students will learn how to apply psychological perspectives and knowledge that students can use during the business entry period and after employment. Students will acquire skills through practical exercises.
Students will acquire the basic knowledge required during the job-hunting period to become members of society and practice the skills in practice. After that, the class will focus on exercises to gain knowledge from a psychological perspective about the skills required as a member of society and acquire them.

「キャリアと心理学」「自己理解・他者理解と心理学」での学びを基にして、ビジネスエントリー期だけでなく、就職後にも活用できる心理学的観点や知識の応用の仕方を身につける。実践的な演習を通して、スキルを獲得していく。

社会人になるための就職活動期において求められる基本的な知識を身に着け、実践の練習を行う。その後、社会人として求められるスキルについて心理学的観点からの知見を得て、それを身に着けられるように、演習中心の授業を行う。
