Providing guidance for graduation research projects in the fields of industrial & organizational psychology, tourism psychology, and social psychology. The goal in the spring semester is to conduct a literature review, preliminary experiments, and research, and finalize preparations for main experiments and research.
Guidance is basically provided individually or in groups. Each student and each group properly share their interim results online and make efforts to improve their knowledge and skills for academic paper writing. Those students who finish their first research can describe and summarize it in the form of an academic paper. This leads to second research in the second semester.

産業・組織心理学、観光心理学、社会心理学分野の卒業研究を指導する。春学期は、既存の論文、書籍、新聞、各種データなどの文献レビューと予備実験／予備調査を実施し，本実験／調査の準備を完了することを目標にする。

基本的に個別単位、グループ単位での指導で進めてゆく。各自、各グループの途中経過を適宜オンラインで共有し、情報共有を図り、論文作成に関する知識、技量の向上に努める。可能な人は、研究１を終了させて、その部分を記述し、論文にまとめていく。そのようにして、秋学期の研究２につなげてゆく。
