This subject is appropriate for the Certified Social Worker course and the Mental Health Social Worker course, “Social work Theory and Methods”. The goal is to consider and understand the social work practice provided by social workers.
After outlining the ways of thinking, content and methods of practicing social work, the course introduces locations for the practice of social work according to the theme of each session. Based on this, students will consider what the social work practice provided by social workers actually is.

2021年度以降入学者対象の社会福祉士課程・精神保健福祉士課程「ソーシャルワークの理論と方法」，2020年度以前入学者対象の社会福祉士課程「相談援助の理論と方法（本校では社会福祉援助技術論1）」に相当する科目です。ソーシャルワーク実践について考察し，理解することが目標です。

ソーシャルワークの考え方・内容・実践方法について概説後，各回のテーマに即した実践場面を紹介します。これらをもとに，ソーシャルワーカーが行う相談援助とは何かを考えていただきます。
