Learn about laws and systems for elderly people and specific services from the perspective of protecting the lives and human rights of the elderly. In addition, deepen understanding of the characteristics and conditions of elderly people and an aging society with a low birth rate, the problems that elderly people and their families have, and their background. Learn with specific examples on resolving problems and supporting individuals.

高齢者の特性，少子高齢社会の諸問題について理解し，高齢者を支援するための法律や制度，サービス，組織，方法等を歴史的変遷も踏まえて学ぶ。

高齢者の生活と人権を守るという視点から高齢者に関する法律や制度，具体的サービスについて学ぶ。また，高齢者や少子高齢社会の特徴と現状，高齢者や家族が抱える問題とその背景について理解を深め，問題解決の方法や個々人への支援のあり方について具体的事例を使いながら学ぶ。
