Learn the knowledge necessary to understand social work practice in the medical field. First, understand trends, policies, systems, and services in health care. On top of that, learn the roles, duties, and ideals of social workers in medical care and hospitals.appropriate support and their roles, and also collaboration and cooperation.
Focusing on hospitals, we will explain in detail the practice of medical social work and the trends and policies of health care that are the background. In particular, I will explain in detail the "5 Diseases and 5 Project" and the medical fee system, which have a great impact on people's lives and social work work in hospitals. In particular, I would like to explain the background behind the promotion of discharge of inpatients and the promotion of undesired home care. On top of that, we will consider the role and ideal state of socialwork in medical care and hospitals.

医療分野におけるソーシャルワーク実践を理解するために必要な知識を学ぶ。まず保健医療の動向・政策・制度およびサービスについて理解する。その上で、医療・病院におけるソーシャルワーカーの役割・業務・在り方を学ぶ。

病院を中心として、医療ソーシャルワークの実践とその背景となる保健医療の動向・政策について詳しく解説する。特に、人の生活や病院におけるソーシャルワーク業務に大きな影響を与えている「５疾病５事業」と診療報酬制度について詳細に解説する。中でも入院患者の退院促進が図られ、望まない形での在宅療養が進められている背景を解説したい。 その上で、こうした医療や病院におけるソーシャルワークの役割と在り方について考察する。
