Understanding the basic philosophy and purpose of care management, empowering users, and learning the practical methods of care management that support independence.
Based on the basic philosophy and purpose of care management, we will explore the processes and specific methods of care management from intake to final outcome. Using various case studies focusing on care management for elderly people, we will consider care management practice methods and issues.

ケアマネジメントの基本理念や目的を理解し，利用者の力を引き出し，自立支援を行う，ケアマネジメントの実践の方法について学ぶ。
Understanding the basic philosophy and purpose of care management, empowering users, and learning the practical methods of care management that support independence.
ケアマネジメントの基本理念・目的を踏まえ，インテークから終結までのケアマネジメントの過程と具体的手法について理解する。高齢者を中心に多様なケアマネジメントの事例を通して，ケアマネジメントの実践方法と課題について考察する。
