The aim of this seminar is to integrate the knowledge and skills necessary for practicing social work, and to acquire the ability to conceptualize and theorize and systematize as professional social work skills.
(1) Understand the social work value norms required as Certified Social Worker and develop ethical judgment.
(2) Practical understanding of cross-disciplinary, generic, and integrated support, with a focus on people in need of assistance.
(3) Practical understanding of the objects and development processes, practical models and approaches of social work at the micro, mezzo, and macro levels.
This class is a designated subject for the National Examination for Certified Social Worker, and is compulsory subject for two consecutive classes for those who wish to take Fieldwork(practicum).
Utilize concrete examples to develop appropriate practices in Fieldwork(practicum).
Using case studies, we will conduct practical exercises by role-playing so that we can provide people in need of assistance with cross-disciplinary, generic, and integrated support.
In the case study exercises, students will receive practical instruction assuming specific social work situations and processes, and are instructed to develop appropriate practical models and approaches.

本授業では、ソーシャルワークの実践に必要な知識と技術の統合を行い、専門的援助技術として概念化と理論化を行い体系立てていくことができる能力の習得を目標とする。
具体的には、
①社会福祉士に求められるソーシャルワークの価値規範を理解し、倫理的な判断能力を養う。
②支援を必要とする人を中心とした分野横断的な総合的かつ包括的な支援について実践的に理解する。
③ミクロ・メゾ・マクロレベルにおけるソーシャルワークの対象と展開過程、実践モデルとアプローチについて実践的に理解する。

本授業は、社会福祉士国家試験指定科目であり、社会福祉の国家資格取得や「ソーシャルワーク実習」の履修を希望する学生が受講する、２コマ連続の必須科目である。
ソーシャルワーク実習において適切な実践が展開できるよう、具体的な事例等を活用し、支援を必要とする人を中心とした分野横断的な総合的かつ包括的な支援について、ロールプレーイング等による実践的な演習を行う。
事例演習においては、具体的なソーシャルワークの場面及び過程を想定した実技指導を行い、適切な実践モデルやアプローチの内容が展開できるよう指導する。
