Recognizing “community policy" as the solution to problems that impede the realization of "a better life" through community-based measures, characterized by the voluntary participation and collective efforts of residents (Sakata: 2014), the aim is to understand concrete solutions through papers, materials and field type learning.
This seminar deepens practical experience through Field Study, combining learning from the classroom with field experience and practice, including learning through principles, documents and source materials. To be conducted according to the theme of each instructor, as listed in the materials separately distributed at the guidance held in the fall semester in the previous year.

「コミュニティ政策」を〈よりよい暮らし〉の実現を阻む諸問題を,人々の自発的な参加と連帯を特徴とするコミュニティを基盤とする諸方策によって解決するものととらえ（坂田:2014)、その具体的な解決方法について文献・資料及びフィールド型学習を通して理解することを目標とする.

フィールドスタディは、原則として文献・資料などを通じての学習も含み、それらの座学による学習からの学びを何らかの形で現場、体験、実践に結びつけて深めていく演習を意味している。前年度の秋学期に開催されたガイダンスにて別途配布された資料に掲載されている各教員のテーマに沿って展開される.

坂田周一監修,三本松政之・北島健一編著『コミュニティ政策学入門』誠信書房(2014)を再読しておくこと。その他、各演習時に適宜提示する。また、授業時間以外に現地訪問やグループワーク等の作業が必要な場合がある。
