To understand the definition, causes, prevention and social impact of lifestyle-related diseases, and then consider how exercise affects lifestyle-related diseases, with reference to the literature in the general population and athletes.

To understanding lifestyle-related diseases and to learn about the importance of exercise for lifestyle-related diseases
生活習慣病の定義、原因、予防、社会への影響について理解した上で、運動がどのように生活習慣病に影響を与えるのか、一般人やアスリートにおける文献を参考に考察する
