Understanding the social meaning of recreation and ideal means of assistance.
To be able to devise and assist recreation activities that is appropriate to the subject and environment while experiencing recreation oneself.
In this class, students will actually enjoy recreation, and after gaining a theoretical understanding of program construction and development, they will consider and practice methods of applying and assisting recreation according to the subject and environment.
Based on experience, students will learn how recreation can be arranged to help build mental vitality, which is the purpose of recreation.

レクリエーションの社会的意義や支援・援助の在り方を理解し、自らがレクリエーションを経験しながら、対象や環境に応じたレクリエーションを工夫し、援助することができるようになる。

本授業では、受講生が実際にレクリエーションを楽しみ、プログラムの組み立てや展開について理論的に捉えた後、対象者や環境に応じたレクリエーションの応用・援助方法を考え、実践していく。
レクリエーションの目的である心の元気づくりのためにどのようなアレンジが可能なのか経験に基づき学習する。
