Sports are regarded as a universal human culture in the Basic Law of Sports. Today, when people have more opportunities to engage in sports on a daily basis, the way of thinking about sports has become more diverse.
This class aims to deepen students' understanding of sports by studying ethical issues that arise in sports.
In this course, students will learn about ethical issues related to sports, in which the criteria for judgment may differ from one individual to another, while taking into account the ideas of other students.
In principle, one topic will be studied in two classes, with the first class providing an explanation of the issues and the thinking behind the issues, while the second class will proceed with group discussions based on the students' learning.

スポーツは、スポーツ基本法の中で世界共通の人類の文化とされている。人々が日常的にスポーツに携わる機会が増えた現代ではスポーツに対する考え方も多様になっている。
本授業ではスポーツで生じる倫理的な問題について学習することで、スポーツに対する理解を深めることを目標とする。

スポーツに関する問題の中でも、個人によって判断基準が異なるであろう倫理的なテーマについて他者の考え方も踏まえながら学習する。
原則として2回の授業で1つのテーマを学習する。1回目の授業では問題提起と問題に対する考え方を解説し、2回目の授業では受講生の学習をもとにグループごとにディスカッションを行いながら学習を進める。

ディスカッションの準備は受講生各自が授業時間外に行うことになる。
具体的な準備については授業内で指示する。
