Acquire basic knowledge to understand the mechanism of physical movement in sports and daily life through biomechanics.
Lectures will cover the basics of mechanics for biomechanical interpretation of body movements, biomechanics in all types of sports actions, analytical methods and research examples. Writing materials are distributed in class and problems (including calculations) are tackled. In addition, students watch videos suited to particular topics to deepen their understanding.

スポーツや日常生活における身体動作の仕組みをバイオメカニクス（生体力学）的に理解するための知識を身に付ける。
Acquire basic knowledge to understand the mechanism of physical movement in sports and daily life through biomechanics.
身体動作をバイオメカニクス的に解釈するために必要な力学の基礎、各スポーツ動作おけるバイオメカニクス、分析手法と研究例について講義する。授業では書き込み式の資料を配布し、計算を含んだ問題にも取り組む。また、テーマに合わせた映像を視聴して理解を深める。
