There are two goals for this class. One is to deepen its theoretical and historical understanding to develop the ability to analyze financial activities that continue to expand and become more complex. The other is that based on this understanding, it will be possible to analyze financial issues from various perspectives under modern capitalism.
After reading the literature necessary to achieve the objectives of this lecture, we will have a discussion. In the second half, we will discuss the research reports of the students. All students, not just the presenters, will be required to prepare resumes and materials for discussion.

本授業のひとつの目標は、拡大と複雑化の一途を辿る金融活動を分析するための能力を養うため、その理論的・歴史的理解を深めることである。また上記の理解をもとに現代資本主義下における諸課題に対し金融を切り口として分析できるようになることがいまひとつの目標である。

講義の目的を達するために必要な文献を輪読したあと、議論を行う。文献は、信用に関する古典、または英語文献（その際には全員が英訳）あるいはその他の必須文献であるが、いずれの場合も報告者のみならず参加者が用意する議論のための資料にもとづいて講義が行われる。また後半には受講生の研究報告をもとに、議論を行う。どちらの割合が多くなるかは、受講生の人数による。
