【Course Objectives】

Students will learn basics of evolutionary economics at graduate school level as foundation for their future researches.

【Course Contents】

Students will use and study typical textbooks of graduate school evolutionary economics. Current evolutionary economics covers many branches, including Schumpeter economics, Nelson Winter’s approach, Bowles and Gintis’ approach. Evolutionary psychology has also contributed greatly to explaining irrationality of human behavior. In this class, professor will refer to students’ interests and select typical evolutionary economics textbooks for students to learn.
